An Attachment-Based Model of Parental Alienation: Professional Consultation

An attachment-based model of "parental alienation" defines the construct from entirely within standard and established psychological principles and constructs. The pathology of "parental alienation" represents the trans-generational transmission of attachment trauma from the childhood of the parent to the current family relationships mediated by the narcissistic and borderline personality processes of the parent.
