Project Based Learning (PBL) Starter Kit

The new second edition of our popular PBL Starter Kit publication for middle and high school teachers has been updated to reflect our model for Gold Standard PBL, and now contains nine project examples from various grade levels and subject areas. The PBL Starter Kit is written for middle school and high school teachers who are new to PBL. It contains easy to read, to-the-point advice about designing, assessing, and managing your first, relatively simple project, with examples and tools to help you plan it well. It can be used as a supplement to BIE professional development workshops or as a stand-alone guide to PBL.
