Prescribed text for one of the Lean Six Sigma courses at the University of Georgia MBA program. This book offers full fledged examples of manufacturing, service, and transactional projects using Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology . The author, P.V. Regupathy, is a certified Professional Engineer, with 40 years of experience in engineering and project management. The author is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has saved over $50 million by implementing the tenets of the Lean Six Sigma project improvement principles since 2002. He has trained over 1,200 Green, Black, and Yellow belts, and Six Sigma Champions. Currently, Mr. Regupathy, through Rutgers University and the University of Georgia, teaches and coaches MBA students, Executive Education candidates, and professionals.
