Galvanized Sash--Galvanizing removes every possibility of rust forming, thus eliminating paint scaling and exposure of steel to atmospheric influences. Size of Units--Units vary from the ordinary opening up to 26 feet by io'feet, installed without difficulty. Joints--Interlocked, inseparable under all conditions. Glazing, Caps--About one fourth only of usual amount of putty and labor is required. Glass held in place by a continuous cap, easily removed or replaced by ordinary screwdriver. Caps adjustable to any thickness of glass, leaving no irregular putty lines exposed; caps encounter glass in yielding manner, allowing for expansion and contraction, and form cushions against heavy wind pressure. Pivoted or Sliding Sections--Permanently fitted and adjusted in each unit before shipment and, when bricked in place, they are ready for glazing and final painting. Ventilator--Each ventilated section has wind-and weather-tight interlocking edges, affording permanent protection against the elements. Fireproof Windows. The simple, strong and artistic construction of the sash is a splendid feature. Our special and unusual manner of forming muntins makes them stand out clearly without scaling off the galvanizing, although all angles are sharp and square. Muntins are constructed in two pieces, inside piece being removable by unscrewing the bolts, thus permitting easy removal and replacing of glass. All grooves for holding glass are full three fourths of an inch deep, insuring a firm hold. Putty is used only as a bed or cushion for glass. Interlocking feature...
