Police Department Of The City Of New York. 813 Office of the Sanitary Company, Room 5, Basement, 300 Mulberrv Street, New York, April 23rd 1886. This is to Certify, That on the 22nd day of April 1886, the one Boiler situate At 14th Street Ave B Boiler 1 No. 1104 Police Record, Vol. 7, was subjected to a Hydrostatic pressure of 135 pounds to the square inch by Warren Harrington Boiler Inspector. The said. Boiler (by information obtained from the owner) was built in 1883 of the Lowe's Patent style, and now appears to be in good condition and is safe to sustain a working pressure of 814 90 pounds to the square inch.
