Police Department Of The City Of New York. 813 Office of the Sanitary Company, Room 5, Basement, 300 Mulberrv Street, New York, April 23rd 1886. This is to Certify, That on the 22nd day of April 1886, the one Boiler situate At 14th Street Ave B Boiler 1 No. 1104 Police Record, Vol. 7, was subjected to a Hydrostatic pressure of 135 pounds to the square inch by Warren Harrington Boiler Inspector. The said. Boiler (by information obtained from the owner) was built in 1883 of the Lowe's Patent style, and now appears to be in good condition and is safe to sustain a working pressure of 814 90 pounds to the square inch. The safety valve has been set to said pressure. Washington Mullin. Srgtin command Steam Boiler Inspection and Engineers' Bureau, Sanitary Police. Under the provision of Chapter 437, of the Laws of 1885, you are required to pay, upon receipt of this Certificate, the sum of Two Dollars for the inspection and testing of each boiler mentioned in the Certificate.
