Excerpt: The Academy City Defense Operations Division (or ACDOD) is the armed defense task force of Academy City. It has multiple "Sectors" and groups that are under the ACDOD. The ultimate defense group of Academy City which are composed of people that exceeds human capabilities. The Holy Blade Order is the 'last option' and the final division when all sectors are defeated. However, the group was destroyed later on because of the members traitoring Academy City and attempting to take over it. It was replaced by 'Moderator's later on. Was the sucessor of the Holy Blade Order and the current final line of defense of Academy City. The Director of Academy City handpicks it's members each to work for the Moderation Company.
