Impaired Nurse

Impaired Nurse details the ease with which a nurse can divert dangerous narcotic medicines for personal use. It is at once a How-To and a staunch warning. This story is told as a memoir of a drug-addicted nurse, and the decisions Thom makes always prove extreme and final. An addict in nurse's clothing can only last so long at the hospital. Impaired nurses leave a heavy trail for the investigator. It is possible to save one's nursing license by entering the Voluntary Recovery Program, but Thom finds their demands unrealistic. He takes matters into his own hands.
