I.O.U.

Nina Mitchell was sexually abused by her father for years, until one day she retaliates by killing her father, then her mother, who never helped to protect her against her father's abuse. She then begins to avenge all of the children of molestation in the Maritime Provinces by killing their offenders. After each hit she leaves behind her calling card-a blue note with the initials I.O.U., which is embedded into their groins by a large staple. Finally, she is captured, but then escapes from the authorities hours later. Time passes. When Nina resurfaces under a new identity, she continues her rampage of ridding the world of these lowlifes. As the police close in to apprehend her, she now comes to face her final fight, making a choice that seems appropriate only to her.
