Homey's Tales of Love and Adventure

Ruth and Homer, brother and sister, were born in 1947 and 1945 respectively in the small central Ohio town of Kingscreek. Life in Kingscreek was quite ordinary. There were chores to do before and after school, and Sunday mornings were spent in church. Ruth and Homer were raised solely by their mother upon the early departure of their father. Some fifty-odd years ago a single-parent home was not the norm. This family of three met the obstacles by combining a sense of humor, the gift of gab, and a positive attitude. Ruth and Homer, with the support of “Mom,” hope to offer stories that will transport children to another place and another time, if only for a few minutes.
