It was given to Bernice Schachter at an awards dinner at the Sportsmans' Lodge in Studio City, Calif.by The Book Publiscist of Southern California.The seeds for this book were germinated in the beautiful region of Tuscany. I write about this community that spiritually embraced me with my own passion for the marvels of marble.
