Construct your Conversation

Effective communication is all about saving and strengthening relationships from damage or destruction. Constructing positive conversations require a thoughtful approach and respect for the feelings of others. Points can be made, opinions justified, and feelings expressed without negatively impinging on the feeling of others. Too often the mouth opens and words spew out without regard to the impact of those words on the feelings of others, thus affecting the relationship.
