Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU235) conducts a High Altitude Low Opening (HALO) infiltration to intercept a bus containing VIPs en route to a third world country. The VIPs are to be liberated and transported to friendly territory. Some of the VIPs will go to House 3639 to be assimilated into American culture. But there is a terrorist cell tracking their moves.
