In 1935, pre -World War II, Jesus said to a woman called Sister Faustina:"Tell the Aching World That Divine Mercy Is for All Mankind." Clearly, a universal promise and meant for the entire human family, to include people of different belief systems and even people with none. He also instructed her to have an image painted and to let the whole world have access to it.
