Inner Journey

Inner Journey traces the life of Ratna Joshi as she grows up in India and begins working as a counselor. Joshi discusses the important influences of friends and family members during her childhood and young adulthood and references the writings of a number of historical figures, such as Mahatma Gandhi, Anne Frank, Helen Keller, Kiran Bedi, and Carolina Maria de Jesus, who served as her role models. Joshi also shares anecdotes of her counseling experiences.

Helping others overcome their struggles teaches Joshi important life lessons and strengthens her ability to cope with personal difficulties. These inspiring examples and heartwarming stories encourage readers that they too have the ability to overcome all obstacles and achieve their greatest dreams.
