D. Ann Hollon is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida. She currently resides in Keene, New Hampshire. She is the mother of three grown children and five grandchildren.
She is widely published in technical and nursing journals and textbooks. She is a Registered Nurse and a Registered Radiation Therapy Technologist (R.N.R.T.T.). She graduated from St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing in Jacksonville, Florida in 1957, and Halifax Medical Center and the University of Central Florida School of Radiation Therapy in 1972. She currently works part-time as an R.N. in the Department of Family Medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic in Keene.
