Promise Made, Promise Kept

Jo Jo Tavers was not out looking for love when she met Rob Conners, owner of Happy Jacks Bar & Grill. In fact, when she and other patrons were forced to stay at the tavern due to inclement weather she found him to be rude, selfish and arrogant. When Rob starts showing up in situations in which Jo Jo is involved, such as helping a sick friend and rescuing her from a West Virginia jail cell, Jo Jo begins to see him in a new light. Rob, however, carries around a very troubled past, and it constantly threatens the very core of their relationship. Can Jo Jo help him forget about the past and focus on the future, or will she forever be haunted by the ghost of another love that was dead and buried 20 years ago?
