Living Beneath the Radar: A Nine-Year Journey Around the World

This book is a travel adventure that took place over 40 years ago.  This was during a time when the overland trail from Europe to India was open and the travel could go through such countries as Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan.  This route is no longer available and this once in a life time adventure was done three times by the author. 

The description and stories told give the reader an insight to travel that is even useful today.  Do not judge, criticize or try to impact other cultures.  Like Michael Jackson said in his song "Man in the Mirror", "If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make the change."
