Critical Mass: (My Journey to a Lap Band)

Critical Mass is the story of the journey that brought me to the Lap-Band surgery and what happened afterwards. It starts 25 years ago when I was fit and trim. Many "Baby Boomers" will identify with me as I tell about not only my physical journey, but my emotional journey as well. My readers will accompany me on my journey as I inform them about the dangers of obesity and the toll it takes on the population. My readers will get all of the information I received, both before and after my operation, in layman terms, as I recount my procedure and recovery in detail.
