The Updated King James Version Volume 1: The Old Testament Temple Scriptures Volume 2: The Old Testament Preachers Volume 3: The Old Testament Poetical Writings Volume 4: The Old Testament Historical Writings Volume 5: The Writings of Hidden Things (Apocrypha) Volume 6: The New Testament This work began with the 1611 edition of the King James version of the Holy Bible. This file was then updated in both meaning and sentence structure. An attempt was made to restore the poetic structure of the many sections in which they had been lost. Over 7,000 handwritten notes concerning the historical connections were then transferred from several study Bibles to the footnotes sections spread across the entire work.
