Theology of Paul

Paul the Apostle is unique in that he was instrumental in embedding the Gospel of Jesus Christ into the Greco-Roman culture, the predominant culture of the period of Jesus. We have the complete documentation of Paul's ministry and his own writings form the basis of the doctrines and teachings of Christianity. His theology arises out of his scholarship in the Hebrew Priestly and Prophetic traditions both in its oral and written form. This book is an attempt to present Paul in these traditions which are handed down to us.
