This book is written in tribute to all Australians and their wonderful Country. It details the adventures of a family from the back to back slum houses of Birmingham, England to Adelaide as £10;oo assisted passengers, commonly known to all Aussies as "Ten Pound Poms". It tells how we started in a corrugated Nissan hut on the fringes of Adelaide airport and charts our successful and not so successful life during the following years.
