Be Sure to Pick Up the Pearls: Reflections on Life

In this book, author David Harris has expressed much about his passage through his life from the viewpoint of his eighty-five years. He addresses many of the experiences of his life during which he gained some wisdom. He uses the term "some wisdom" because he believes that there may be even more lessons ahead. Of the many topics addressed in the book, perhaps the most significant issue is how wisdom can only be gained through experience. This book is based on both the heeded and unheeded lessons of his life. It is his hope that the lessons described in this book may assist the readers in this process of acquiring wisdom of their own.
