This book is aimed to give the reader a complete overview of film and television audio, from on set location recording to setting up your own Digital Audio Work station. It details how to perform all the various categories within Audio post production. Ie Dialog editing, ADR recording and fitting, Effects editing, Folley performing and recording, Atmospheres, Pre-mixing in Dolby 5.1 and of course Final mixing in 5.1. Having worked in audio location recording and post production for the last thirty two years I've also included many anecdotes regarding my experiences, plus there's also two historical sections, one on a brief history of audio and the other on the history of film audio
