Back in the Bay: The Starfish Story

An unusually high tide strands Simon and thousands of other starfish on the beach. Several people see the helpless starfish but, for various reasons, fail to help any of them back in the bay. The outlook isn't good for Simon, until one little boy, the most unlikely hero, comes along.
