Tried and true recipes for Appetizers, Soups, Salads, One-Pot meals, Meats, Poultry, Seafood and Ethnic Foods including stuffed cabbage, pierogi, lasagna, gyros, chili, and sushi. Recipes for pizza dough, breads, and desserts are included as well. Most are for everyday cooking, and some are for holidays and special occasions. I've included some family recipes and some of my own creations. Others come from books, TV, and classes I attended at the Culinary Institute of America.
