The Sea Wolf

The Sea Wolf is Jack London's 1904 novel of the adventures of a domesticated man lost at sea. When Humphrey van Weyden is rescued from the ocean by Wolf Larsen, he is forced to learn the tough ways of the captain and other sailors. When they save some other shipwrecked people, van Weyden is surprised to find among them a female poet he once knew, and a tangled love triangle develops on board. This novel is full of the adventure, excitement and heart for which London is known, and deserves a place alongside his other notable books.
