Modern Comfort Food

In his early childhood, co-author Jesse Barrett-Mills' favorite foods consisted of ketchup-drenched pasta and dinner rolls covered in butter. Through the love and support of his father, co-author and chef Frank Barrett-Mills, Jesse began to experiment and discover new and unique flavors. As Jesse grew up he discovered a new appreciation cuisine. This understanding, which came from his father's unique culinary prospective on contemporary cooking, has given Jesse a great idea of what he believes to be the modern comfort food.
