This is the story of a naive young girl who is svengalied into a career as a Country Music singer. On her way to the pinnacle of success she is forced to survive being misled, abused, and mistreated, but she does reach the top, only to fall all the way down to the bottom after a horrendous assault. Her recovery to sing again is a vital part of this story, and is truly phenomenal.
