THOUGHTS OF A MAN Reflections Of Love and Society: A contemporary book on Black Relationships

Raymond began his path in “Conflict Resolution” and “Advanced Problem Solving” while in prison as an inmate representative. He served as the liaison for the inmate population and the prison administration. While in prison, Mr. Spencer graduated from “Jim Brown’s Amer-I-Can Program” and became a facilitator and advocate. Book knowledge and street credibility have made Raymond the voice of reason for the thug and the administrator. Great communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate on multiple levels, makes Raymond a vital component in todays society.

Mr. Spencer has opened two businesses in the “City of Newark”, creating a community hub for counseling, produced and acted in 4 films, did background and principal work on some of todays most popular television shows and movies. Raymond also partnered with several community groups, including “DaScene”, Earl Best; “The Street Doctor”, “The Street Warriors”, Ras Baraka and others to address the many injustices that plague “The City of Newark”, and its residents. Raymond is also affiliated with our local school system by way of partnerships with “Louise A. Spencer School” and The Giants Academy, “East Orange High School”(alma mater, 1985), as we$ as “The Isaiah House”; a shelter for teenage girls.
