Indian Giver

"Indian Giver" is book five in the Whispering Pines Sagas and sets the tone for this next addition to the suspense adventure series. It takes the skills and courage of everyone involved to bring the wrongs of an investment group's greed to the surface and expose their fraud and murder for hire schemes all committed to protect their land investments and future profits.

It begins when a Georgia college professor discovers the ruins of an ancient Indian village near the Oconee River in central Georgia, West Creek County. The ruins are located on land scheduled to be flooded by rising waters from a new hydroelectric dam development. The ruins, if proven, could destroy all the millions of dollars already invested in the venture and drag the owners into financial oblivion.

Indian Giver takes a look inside the world before Columbus and throws the torch forward to the present generations who live there. Gail Veal's psychic abilities are taken to their limits as she and the others are pursued by killers, flanked by spirits, and driven to fight with their backs to the impassible swamps beyond the river banks.

As always, Indian Giver is face paced, edge of your seat reading and intended for all ages; rated PG.
