The Mirror Maker's Daughter

Uriah Halding never claimed to be a person of great intelligence. But of three things, he was absolutely positive. One, the conditions he currently found himself in was dire at best. Every time he was sure things couldn’t get any worse, they did. He was going to have to stop being so sure of things. Two, there was no such thing as a powerful, noble knight in shining armor that was ever going to save him. That was a child’s fairy tale if there ever was one. The third, and last thing, was that time travel was not possible in any way conceivable. The things one is absolutely sure of are positively ridiculous in the long run, as Uriah was soon to find out. Because everything he thought he knew was about be turned upside down by a meeting with a mirror maker.
