I remember sitting in my kitchen thinking "someone should make a journal without flowers or "My Diary" splashed on the front. I thought about the kids I was treating in residential a few years ago and reading their "Weekly Feelings" on food stained notebook paper or bland composition books. I thought about what I would like a journal to look like. A 60's movie poster, noir feel, Tarantino-esque? I titled it "My Fucking Feelings" because that was my very first blog post nearly two years ago. This journal is formatted so you can express yourself any way you wish.
