"The Vagrant Adjunct and other Stories" is a collection of short stories by A.P. O'Malley, New York City writer. Many of the stories deal with the immigrant experience in New York City and some with age old themes of life, death, survival and love. The final story, "A Wake" centers around a man returning to Ireland for his grandfather's funeral and illustrates how times have changed and eras passed away.
