Prae Omega: Primus

Humans of this galaxy have never been alone and the last settlement of the planet Earth took place well over 5,000 years ago. Since that time, humans have always been under the protective and watchful eye of the Kheta, a coalition of exoplanets responsible for the security of other inhabited planets within the universe. When Earth is suddenly attacked by an evolved renegade race of humans from over 300,000 light years away known as the Gati, a hidden truth is uncovered. The characters in Prae Omega find themselves blindly thrown into the confusion of the attacks, unsure of what is happening while trying to figure it out at the same time. From their viewpoint, the end of world as they know it is upon them, leaving them desperate to find answers to their questions in a world quickly falling apart. This book is the first in a series that will take the reader through a journey of survival during a desperate time on Earth where shocking decisions are the ever present norm by those who are alive. Given the circumstances the characters in this book are faced with, they are forced to realize that humanity has lost its true meaning, but that's not all that has been lost. For some of the characters, what defines life will need to be reevaluated and how to move forward will be the true test of living in a very new and very different world.
