This book provides a plan, a guide to break away from a life defined by pain and hopefully, the pain itself. I've seen pain destroy lives, jobs and families....People don't see it coming and don't really see what's happened to them. They just react to the emotion of pain and get caught in a down hill spiral. I've seen people who choose not to let pain define who they are, people who continue living.... This book is about HOPE and HOW TO. This book is not an exhaustive documentation of spine pathology, treatment and research. Its intent is to present the ordinary person with a pratical solution for ordinary back pain.
