📖 Description
"I took some time out of life for the sake of understanding life." That's perhaps the simplest reason as to why Ariel Dosetareh spent a year in Israel after high school. While abroad, he kept a narrative journal as his personal literary project. Initially, he meant to capture a year's worth of experiences, encounters, and classroom teachings, but ended up discovering much more: an intake of short stories, hidden wisdom, and emotional reflection. I, Israel is that narrative journal. It's one student's humble quest to find inspiration in the everyday scenes, residents, and lessons of one country. Ultimately, its entries convey a profound truth: human experiences are simple, but they become much more meaningful when written down.
