Necessary Killings

Necessary Killings weaves contemporary and historical facts into a rich complex thought provoking tapestry. Nino, a senior bureaucrat, is gravely concerned with the federal budgetary threats facing the nation. Frustrated with ineffective government efforts Nino initiates radical independent action. Devising an undetectable plan he arranges to have eliminated selected recipients of federal funds. These deaths are necessary to modestly help cauterize the hemorrhaging of federal monies. Four highly skilled but psychologically damaged "patriots" are recruited to execute the plan. Their resolute work ethic punches the plot forward, generating positive results. In a climatic scene, questions are raised and rationalizations given. Should the project be exposed or allowed to continue as a personal tool for effective change.
