Building a Cigar Box Fiddle: Cigar Box Fiddle Making

Cigar Box Fiddles became popular in the USA in the 1840's. Poor Folk could make servicable instruments from discarded Cigar Boxes to accompany their songs and dances. I have used Mandoline Tonewoods in the construction of this Fiddle which offers a greater Tonal quality. The Easy to follow Step by Step format of my book will allow those of limited Woodwork skills to build a Superb instrument which will offer years of pleasure.
