Faith, Hope, and a Girl Named Charity

It is the Winter of 1608. A Spanish spy in James Towne, England?s fledgling New World settlement, sends back a secret, ominous message meant for the Spanish Ambassador in London. The note, however, is unknowingly intercepted by Charity Cooper, a thirteen-year-old girl who is horrified by what she reads. A shadowy adventure ensues, pulling Charity into a threatening, mysterious world that places her in the dangerous pathway of a master of disguise. This is a fictitious account of real events that played an important role in the story of James Towne.
