New Birth by the Sovereign Wind: Does John 3:16 really limit God's love to the elect?

Some Calvinists seek to use Jn 3:8 to limit God's love in Jn 3:16 to the elect. "New Birth by the Sovereign Wind" refutes this Calvinistic interpretation of Jn 3:16.
