Visions of Nam: My Reflections of the War and afterward

The following content is several experiences that I endured while serving in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict, or as we fondly call it WW Nam. My military specialty was that of a Third Class Navy Gunner’s Mate. I spent two tours off the coast of Vietnam in and around the Gulf of Tonkin. The Navy designated it as Yankee Station. My third tour was a combination of land and patrol boat activities while stationed in Cua Viet, DaNang, and Hoi Anh. The content of these stories are split between truth and my creative license; so I have to lean more toward fiction with reality mixed in. One is true as I lived it. I will let you decide which one is true, and which are just my nightmares.
