Immortal Tales of Mulla Nasrudin

This collection of anecdotes on Mulla Nasrudin is the final product of endeavours started by the author about fifty years ago. Compiled from many unconventional sources across a dozen Indian cities it is based on interviews with dozens of people and rare resources in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Arabic and Urdu. More than 500 pieces were then collected of which 111 are included here.
