The Leone brothers start their Sunday evening by doing what they love most - playing video games, drinking beer, and making fun of one another. Hank is the oldest; a poster child for slackers. Jack is the angry middle child, and Ben is the sarcastic glue that holds them all together. As the brothers head out for the night, a seemingly harmless report about bee stings and the severe reactions they are causing barely catches their attention. Seeing a man get eaten alive catches it just fine. Soon the boys find themselves trapped in a town overtaken by an infectious plague. Desperate to get back to their parents, they must fight through a terrifying and unrelenting throng of cannibalistic monsters in order to make it home. If home is safe...
