The Unum Adventure: A Leadership Journey on Team, Strategy, Servanthood, and Responsibility (Lead1st Training Curriculum)

The Unum Adventure is the first organizational leadership book specifically written for 6-9 year olds. This is part of the Lead1st training curriculum, offered by KidLead (www.kidlead.com). Students enjoy an adventure with Delta and a team of Unums (non-gender/non-ethnic) who travel to get supplies for Unum Village, following a big storm. Qualities of team, strategy, responsibility and servanthood (humility) are illustrated in the context of leadership. Questions follow for teachers/parents to use, to discuss the concepts in the story. Each of the 12 short chapters features an illustration.
