In the first book of this series, Discovering The Power Of Lucid Dreaming, you learned the basics of lucid dreaming as well as the different techniques by which you can enjoy a lucid dream. In this next book you’ll learn various ways of enhancing your experience of lucid dreaming with the use of herbs… not only in teas that you drink before sleeping, but in herb pillows that you can use to also enhance the power of your lucid dreams. You’ll also learn how to share your lucid dreams with someone else as you’re dreaming. Yet, even more fun, I’ll show you how to enjoy an out of body experience through your own lucid dream. In the last part of this book, you’ll learn the techniques for lucid dreaming at the beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels. I don’t need to write any more.
