It is the purpose of this book to provide the Scientist with inexpensive instruments that can be built in the home shop. This could be a high school or college student or a professional. Many of the instruments shown in this book cost thousands of dollars retail but can be built for less than $50.00 in parts. The instruments have been proven and published in several electronics magazines. The majority of instruments are physics oriented but also encompasses chemistry and biology.
