A Cure For Heartburn: Discovering and Fulfilling Your Deepest Desires

This heart burn I speak of is what is at the deepest desires of every human heart. What makes our hearts burn is the desire to love, and to be loved. To be the best versions of ourselves that we can be. To grow, to learn, and to be better at the end of the day than we were at the beginning of the day. There isn't anything in the world- no pleasure, no amount of success, no amount of “things” -that will cure our heartburn. Only good relationships- being connected spiritually, loving ourselves, and and other human beings can really cure what ails us. Every relationship can teach us something about love. So can, I hope this book. Using some of my own adventures through life- learning to love myself and others, I hope that my own personal journey learning how to love will help you to establish and maintain those relationships in life that can cure what your hearts truly burn for.
