Military, Judges Bench Book For Provost Courts

This is a new Department of the Army Pamphlet specifically tailored for provost courts trying civilian internees. This Pamphlet incorporates the provisions of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of August 12, 1949 (GC IV) into the substantive and procedural requirements found in DA Pam 27-9, Military Judges’ Benchbook (15 Sep 2002 edition), and in the Manual for Courts-Martial (2002 edition). This Pamphlet also includes decisions of international, military, and higher courts; and comments and opinions of individual legal specialists on international and criminal law.
