To build a better nation, the Great Confirmation becomes the new law of the land. No longer will people have to face the negative effects of living with thugs. Xan and Jirra are two teenagers convicted as thugs, but they fight to escape their island imprisonment. With hopes of returning to the States, they encounter Dalton Mollohan, who reaches out to aid the lost boys. Around every corner lurks the Blue Guard, and in order to make it, they will have to avoid the clutches of Colonel Lewis, who will use everything to get them back! Set in a near-future America, this story looks at how society changes to make things better for all. However, there is more than meets the eye.
