Description
This novel tells two parallel stories from one point of perspective, which is that of the thoughts of the writer: Paul Samsang. When Paul - a moderately accepted script writer with a hope to be taken seriously as a novelist - was about to hand in a theater manuscript to his producer (A script telling a political futuristic story set in the year 2046 of a world resulting of fundamental religious wars and terrorism, then resembling a colonization system after what they called: The Separation War) Paul experiences what we can call: A sudden abstract visual illness, where nothing he writes is decipherable by others, nor is he able to decode the words others write. As a writer, words are his life, and if he can no longer communicate his ideas, or be inspired by his favorite literature, what can be left for him to do? In an attempt to fit in, Paul tries to readapt to this new written language understood by the mass.
